ji96 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "ji96," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of the online casino platform accessible at https://ji96.cam and all associated services, domains, and applications.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual or entity who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ji96 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21. Any winnings derived from an underage Account will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at ji96's discretion.

2.2. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your country, state, province, or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are strictly forbidden from using the Platform. ji96 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in violation of local laws.

2.3. Account Registration Process

To use the Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and valid government-issued identification documents. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination without refund.

2.4. Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of this Agreement. ji96 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void bets placed from those Accounts, and forfeit any balances, winnings, or bonuses associated with duplicate Accounts.

2.5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify ji96 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ji96 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1. Accepted Payment Methods

ji96 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Cebuana Lhuillier, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

3.2. Deposit Verification

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not bearing your name, or anonymous sources are strictly prohibited. ji96 reserves the right to request proof of payment source ownership, including bank statements, e-wallet screenshots, or other documentation, before crediting funds to your Account or processing withdrawals.

3.3. Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–2 hours during business hours (Philippine Standard Time) for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Processing times exclude weekends and Philippine public holidays. ji96 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

3.4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting copies of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.5. Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the withdrawal process. Maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account status and transaction history. ji96 does not charge withdrawal fees for GCash or Maya transactions under PHP 50,000. Withdrawals exceeding this amount or via bank transfer may incur processing fees, which will be disclosed before confirmation.

3.6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

ji96 operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions, unusually large deposits or withdrawals, or patterns consistent with money laundering activities will be investigated and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities. Accounts flagged for AML concerns will be frozen pending investigation, and funds may be withheld or forfeited in accordance with legal requirements.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1. Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses, promotions, and free spins offered by ji96 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Bonus page. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Users who have completed KYC verification and have made at least one qualifying deposit. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, Account suspension, and possible termination.

4.2. Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PHP 30,000 in total wagers. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10–20%, and live dealer games may not contribute at all. Specific contribution percentages are listed in each bonus's terms.

4.3. Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe, typically 7–30 days from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses, bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements, or bonuses held in Accounts that have not been active for 90 days will expire and be removed from your Account without notice. Making a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

4.4. Maximum Bet Limits While Using Bonuses

While wagering a bonus, you are subject to a maximum bet limit, typically PHP 100 per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit is a violation of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. ji96 reserves the right to void bets that exceed maximum bet limits, regardless of whether they resulted in winnings or losses.

5. Betting Rules, Game Integrity, and Fair Play

5.1. Game Fairness and Random Number Generators (RNG)

All games offered on the Platform that are not live dealer games utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and audited by independent third parties such as iTech Labs and GLI. These RNGs ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time with physical dealers and equipment, ensuring transparency and fairness.

5.2. Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once you place a bet and it is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed. In the event of a technical error, such as incorrect odds being displayed or a bet being accepted after an event has concluded, ji96 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your Account. 5.3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Collusion or coordination with other Users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair winnings.
• Reverse engineering or tampering with the Platform's code or security measures.
• Conducting fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including commercial or professional gambling.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action. ji96 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating fraudulent activities.

5.4. Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during gameplay, ji96 will attempt to restore the game state to the point of disconnection. If restoration is not possible, the outcome will be determined based on the last known state of the game. For live dealer games, if you are disconnected, the hand or round will continue without your input, and the result will be based on the last action taken before disconnection.

6. Account Suspension, Termination, and Self-Exclusion

6.1. Suspension by ji96

ji96 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict access to your Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: investigation of suspected fraud, verification of identity or payment sources, suspected bonus abuse, suspected money laundering, or violation of any provision of this Agreement. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

6.2. Termination by ji96

ji96 may terminate your Account and this Agreement immediately, without notice or liability, if you breach any provision of this Agreement, engage in prohibited activities, fail to provide requested KYC documentation, or if ji96 reasonably believes that continued provision of Services to you would violate applicable laws or regulations. Upon termination, all bonuses will be forfeited, pending bets will be voided, and your remaining Account balance (excluding forfeited amounts) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

6.3. Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending bonuses or incomplete wagering requirements will have those bonuses forfeited upon closure.

6.4. Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the chosen period. 8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. ji96 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8.2. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ji96, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ji96 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ji96'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8.3. Force Majeure

ji96 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1. Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ji96 customer support. Provide a detailed description of the issue, your Account details, and any supporting evidence. ji96 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

9.2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

9.3. Arbitration (Optional)

At ji96's sole discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration institution in the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees, with arbitration fees split equally unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms applicable to specific Services or promotions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ji96 regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

10.2. Amendments

ji96 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Amended terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

10.3. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.4. Waiver

No waiver by ji96 of any term or condition set forth in this Agreement shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by ji96 to enforce a right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

10.5. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of ji96. ji96 may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party without restriction.
